Could it be the track start and end markers that are in the wrong place for the tracks concerned? I've noticed when importing tracks that sometimes the start and end markers end up together, making the track theoretically 0 seconds in duration. It's just a guess but might have something to do wit

in the ‘OWNER’ column in the cart list in rdlibrary(1).

edit > Select Your Voice track Group (mine is using the default group

You may have to close rdlogedit before the group becomes active.
