The company culture emphasizes the joys of work, teamwork, driven work, and high reward. *The Role* We are looking for a highly creative and multi-talented Graphic Designer with extensive experience in the conception, design and production of online advertisements and web design. The individual assigned to this role will work very closely with Production and Marketing in creating designs for the product and its associated game/web updates, marketing and PR initiatives, in addition to many other tasks. *Job Duties and Responsibilities* • Interface with the Product and Marketing on initial game/web design concepts. • Understand customer products and challenges in marketplace. • Develop and communicate design ideas for departmental approval. • Create design concepts for product initiatives. • Photograph product shots and digitally archive files in an asset management site. • Communicate with staff to ascertain design feasibility. • Work with outside suppliers / vendors as needed. • Keep up with the trends of the industry. • Initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute solutions to problems, verify implementation of solutions and control further processing when a problem is identified. *Software Proficiency* • Adobe Creative Suite 5 • Microsoft Office Suite • 3D and web development skills are a plus. • Knowledge in Flash/ActionScript are a plus. • Knowledge in media-print processing a plus. *Qualifications* • College degree in graphic design, with knowledge of computer design and printing processes. • 3 years graphics design experience in relevant industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * We Offer * • Competitive salary and benefits, based on experience and performance • A 40 hour workweek • An informal and international work environment • 8% holiday allowance per year • Transportation allowance • Career development Multumesc, -- Eduard
