Let's not do everything in one go. Normal users don't like it if developers
shuffle around menu entries with every release.

The idea was to get that patch commited after it was sitting for about two 
years in flyspray. As it changes the current behavior in an incompatible way, 
I made a proposal for a minimal invasive change to it.

Here's another proposal: Commit the patch with the suggested changes (so that 
manual sleep timer selection is still possible) and then discuss how things 
should go further in the future (like renaming 'System' to 'About' etc.).
