Please try the *experimental* Rockbox Utility available here<http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/CowonD2Info#Automatic_Installation>. It should detect the Sansa Clip. I hope that version 1.2.4 of the utility will be released alongside the Rockbox 3.5 release (I have no idea on the matter, though).
