Hi all,
For a project analysis, starting up next week in Romania, we are urgently looking for a business consultant, experienced in training of supervisors, managers and exec’s.
This person should be resident in Romania, be Romanian, fluent speaker in English, French would be an advantage.

Profile:

- Experienced in business consulting, at least 3 years!!
- Analytical mind
- Outstanding Communication skills
- Notions of cross-cultural and motivational issues
- Negotiation skills at high level
- Good knowledge of Logistics is a plus.
- Background in commercial work and organisation is a plus
- University background
- Managerial experience (teams between 5-25 direct reports)
The job demands hard work, constant presence in the production plant, long days and travelling (one weekend included) in the country. Cost will be covered for.
