The event will have as special guest Dr. Carolyn Ban, Professor at Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, University of Pittsburgh and Visiting Professor at the Institute of European Studies in Brussels. The debate will be moderated by Dr. Nicolae Idu, general director of European Institute of Romania. 'EIR guests at Infoeuropa: Romania in Europe' is a project about public debates linked to the accession of Romania to the European Union.
