Dear colleagues
We have developed a project proposal for Grundtvig-2 . It is
about disability prevention.
According to surveys; %40 of disabilities can be prevented by
taking
measures before birth. The project will attempt to start a
process of
education. I n the course of the the project we will organise
a prevention campaign. We will
encourage disabled people and their families for active
participation.
Another aim is to increase community awareness on disabilities
that are commonly
caused
by illnesses. We will provide the
young adults with knowledge about genetic illnesses and
disorders which result in disability before birth. In addition
to this, the project will focus
on factors which give rise to disability after birth too .
We are ready for cooperation.I am translating the proposal .I
