The project and INA are looking for three highly qualified local trainers in each of following fields, corresponding to three training modules, to be contracted for the five weeks, 27th April- 31st May 2006.
- Policy Making;
- EU Affairs 2: EU Policies and The Decision Making Process in the EU;
- EU Affairs 3: EU Project Cycle Management and EU Structural Funds;
This project, financed by the European Union through the 2003 Phare programme, and contracted to an international consortium led by the British Council, aims to increase the managerial capacities of Romania's civil service in preparation for accession to the European Union.
The project focuses on enhancing the career development of young civil servants who will contribute to Romania's public administration reform.
A large component of the project is a training programme for 110 young civil servants or graduates to prepare them as future public managers, and is implemented together with the National Institute of Administration (INA).
