Bascially, rewrite the text client. :)
There was some talk about re-implementing the entire section of the text
client that composes and submits messages. We're still submitting
messages in the legacy citadel format, and they get convert

Ok people, we need to test! Test test test! Grab the code from svn and
build it everywhere! Throw lots of rules and messages at the rules/filter
subsystem and see what it does! Try to break it!
