[Citadel Development] Mailbox view not displaying

Hmm ... I'm not sure what changed, but the mailbox view is totally empty now. Both the normal mode and the safe mode display the throbber for a split second, then the whole box clears out.

Mailbox view shows just an empty page now, for me, with webcit svn. In other news I'll now be porting forward the image + htmlview patches now webcit is templatized. Sam

[Citadel Development] URLs broken via /webcit/ apache proxy

Latest svn, the display_customize_iconbar url doesn't work when going through apache proxy with a /webcit/ url prefix. grep 'href="/[^w][^e]' ./static/t/*html shows some other links may be broken, also patched. I think my patch for msgcontrols.m.html is not good for people without the webcit
