but I think those are some good steps to take. If you can eliminate the
vCards being authoritative, and being purely informational, and yet, allow
for the aide to edit the authoritative entry somewhere, and allow for hidden

Obviously this needs to change. The vCard shouldn't be the authoritative
source of the user's email address(es). And of course we're not going to
share the Global Address Book with other Citadels anymore ... or if we do,
it won't be driving a downstream address database.
