I am not sure where the EasyInstall script is, but there is an issue on at least on CentOS and Rocky Linux when systemd starts citserver.  I am not sure if it is an issue on other Linux systems, so someone may know if what I did to fix it is portable. citdel.service uses a target of network.targ
