MinGW / Msys-1.0: Sh.exe deadlock seems to be result of unhandled
exception.
(I.e. got nothing to do with batch processing).

thanks for the report. Regarding first broken link, you should contact
Chinese language maintainer to report the issue.
Second broken link has been fixed. The change will be visible on next
doxygen generation (in ~ 5h).
