2nd stage setup bug has been fixed by r55593.
Patch from diff wasn't applied before my sync so I didn't apply it too.
Newer fix is much more compatible with Windows.

during recent discussion, a topic about mailing lists appeared.
According to Pierre, we have 6 totally unused mailing lists, which are:
ros-cis
ros-errors
ros-kernel
ros-svn-diffs
ros-translate
ros-foundation
I propose to delete all those, maybe except for ros-foundation.
Any opinions?

looking into details shows that: ros-cis, ros-errors, ros-kernel,
ros-svn-diffs are already archived (no subscription is possible any
longer).
Only really remains ros-translate, ros-foundation.

Yep, archive but don't delete.
I think you should even make them private/invisible and only leave used
mailing lists on the listinfo page.
