Hi, today, many of our services encountered a long downtime due to an air conditioning issue in the datacenter their running hypervisor is located (you can find more info there: http://hetzner-status.de/ - german). A safety shutdown has been done to preserve our server hardware integrity. The other hypervisor and the other services being in other datacenters, they were not concerned by the issue.
