I finished the Spanish translation, though it's probably rough, and maybe even
total gibberish to a native speaker. Nobody else was doing it. We can't
keep a Spanish translator around here.

Oota pointed out a missing string we were supposed to fix for the last
release, and did not. Even though we are well into a string freeze, I went
ahead and made this long overdue change. My apologies. In the process of
managing this, I introduced a third string unintentionally.
