I've already spotted that I need to edit and re-upload the release note to
remove the "PRE-" in front of "PRE-RELEASED" but otherwise the release note is
in final form, and I'm intending to keep using this one.
I'm not going to bother with a stable_10_02 branch, and will keep releasing
