Well as I said the other week, 0.9.1 with a couple of tweaks is a
pretty tasty piece of kit (audio aside). I'm reasonably confident
that MIDI wise at least we can wrap this thing up

AFAIK it's been broken for ages anyway, so go ahead and

loadDocument stuff from the setDocument stuff - this will enable
us to keep multiple docs in memory and switch between these buffers.
