If you check out the source from cvs, or even just browse the cvs via web,
you'll find the "examples" directory right under the main project
directory.

There's a test directory with the XMLRPC source, ClientServerRpcTest.java could be
easily converted from a JUnit test to a real application if you wanted. No idea where
the examples directory ran off to...
