NAK, there are people actually relying on %ghost sizes being recorded and taken
into account on free disk space checking. That said, in MOST cases the %ghost
size is simply fubar and we'd be better off not recording it. I could imagine
something like %ghost(size=1234K) but even that is breaking

Huhum, I somehow thought this was already the case but must be mixing up with
something else %ghost-related. Anyway, not storing the digest is the only
sensible thing to do with %ghosts (see commit
233e4573d1d21a36d06874fea6c594428033802e for eerie side-effects). Thanks for
the patch!
