I guess the %{?_isa} also fixes the self-conflict because the virtual Provides
does not have a version with %{?_isa} (you would have to add that explicitly,

Looking at "provides" it should probably be:
mesa-va-drivers(x86-32) >= 22.3.3-1.fc37
and
mesa-va-drivers(x86-64) >= 22.3.3-1.fc37

package would have:
