Thx for your review.
The obsoletes not provided is not an issue for epel given no -wayland
sub-package was ever redistributed. So the -wayland cannot be provided either.

el7-free-multilibs koji target.

Thanks for the tip.. I'm so used to having a config I didn't even think about
passing --target, however I still ran into problems:
