I have a problem with rsync ,
where the process stops with the message
rsync : failed to connect to
192.168.1.200: Connection refused (111)
rsync error : error in
socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(94)
This

This means there is nothing at 192.168.1.200 listening to the rsync
tcp port.
