Hi, I wanted to notify the requestor when a ticket merge occurs. I have created a user defined scrips action that only trigger my template when a merge occurs (as described on http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?OnMerge) This works perfectly but I have problems defining what to report in

Company I work for just changed names, and email address domains. This has led unfortunately to our RT system now having autocreated users with these new email address accounts, as well as the original accounts. Question: Is there a tool or procedure that can help me collapse these new accounts
