Hi List-
Just thought id toss out a message to see if anyone has any comments or
feedback about how using 3.6.0 has been going.. esp. as it applies to
those upgrading from 3.4.x.
Any wild successes? Miserable failures?
How do your users like the new interface?

Thanks. Good to know I can get everything done other ways though.
Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I need to get our kickstart file
completed. :)

I'm currently getting v3.6.0 prepared for a production server running on
Fedora Core 5. I've been testing the installation and configuration for
a while now and know that I can get it in place by installing most perl
modules via yum and the remaining modules manually via cpan. I would

Hi,
I've got RT installed and working.
This is on a Linux box running Postfix.
Incoming mail is properly parsed and creates a ticket in the correct
queue.
NO autoreply is generated.
NO e-mail can be send out from RT. Clicking the "resond" link and
sending an e-mail does nothing.

Does the search results RSS feed support sorting (ORDER BY) of results?
I'm able to sort the result on the web interface but the sorting doesn't
transfer to the RSS feed. Am I just doing something wrong or is this
missing functionality?
Thanks.

With 100+ active users and 4-500 more on the way, is there something that
will make the users page and subsequent rights pages more readable?

What we're trying to do is avoid adding user info when ticket requests come in.
We have a very large user base (~1500 different users) that will be using
either a web form or email to submit tickets. We have an on campus ldap server
that has everyone's information, and we would like the system to

Thanks to all your help. This is the solution I came up with for my fetchmail/promail/RT email blocking issue, basically I wanted th ability to block emails from certain individuals, however I did not have access to do this on the email server that handles our mail.

If you had to take your RT install down for any reason (DB problems,
connection issues, upgrades, etc.) you could track calls in that format
and import the data when it went live again.
