Yeah, I commented it out and it ran find. I'm guessing though, that all the
errors that I'm getting:

are from not running this as an authenticated user? There's

I opted for the old MyTickets/MyRequsts static elements ..
I have 800 priv users and I can just image few hundred of them will be
modifying their searches every day ..
MyRT is nice but can be resource intensive.
