Hello, My queues in RT belong to some sort of departament (custom field). How can I get a chart, showing tickets by departament? What i find out, is that charts are made by ticked dependencies, but not the the dependencies of tickets queues. Thank you in advance. -- View this message in co

[rt-users] Iterating through multi select CF descriptions
