I know this is a very old mail below. I didn't install the plugin in this
times, because it was not so urgent.
But now I have the same problem again.
I read about the extension you mentioned. But I think there is one problem.
What I understood about the extension is:
- when there
use RT;
use RT::User;
use RT::Ticket;
my $user = $self-TransactionObj-TicketObj-CreatorObj;
my $userDept = $user-Organization;

Fedora 22 is due to be released this month .
Are there any special considerations that I need to get rt 4.2.11 to work on
a 64 bit version of fedora 22 server
Up till now I have only been using it on 32 bit systems, but plan to change
to 64bit from 22 onwards
