action: create tickets
template: my template
stage : transaction create
custom condition:
#test if this ticket is now created
return 0 unless $self->TransactionObj->Type() eq 'Create';

Hey all,
how can i put on approval's tickets the body of the main tícket.
i tried {$transaction->Content()} but this option doesn't refers to
the main tícket.
