[rt-users] Installing RTFM in second instance

Hi Every one. I would like to install new (clean) RTFM on a second instance of RT installation. I would not like to do make initdb on first instance which is already in production for years. Is it OK to set $RTHOME env on a new instance (export RTHOME=/opt/path-to-new-instance) and do the

Hi all, is it possible that users can see only the tickets they own? Idea is that the head of IT department create project(master ticket) and subtasks(child tickets) for sub departments. Head of sub department can see all tickets in queue of his department, but other users can only see tickets
