What is the current status of rt 3.9? I noticed in the devel
repository there were a several there, but the release candidates for
RT4 seem to have more recent updates. Is 3.9 considered stable enough
for production? The reason I ask, is it seems to have several
features that I might be interest
I am looking to do the same thing, or at least solve the same issue.
I am using RT-Authen-ExternalAuth for my RT validation. We are using
AD as our LDAP server.

Is it possible to have a different set of statuses for different
queues? I know I could just create a different field, but if it is
possible I would just rather use built in.
