I tried to record/replay operations with Selenium IDE. Adding stuff like
creating queues, groups, and custom fields worked well, assigning
privileges was much trickier.

level, both globally and at queue level.
We also had problems with unwanted modifications; and ended up in adding
a local version of the element Ticket/Elements/EditCustomFields.

When we try printing a displayed ticket longer than a page, the box that
happens to be at the bottom of the printed page is garbled (missing
lines, last line shown only half etc.) and also next page is missing
content.
Depending on the content of the ticket, the last box on the page is
