Greetings.. :)
I'm at $work, trying to set up AD authentication for RT 4.0.5.
I'm getting the following error:
[Thu Apr 19 18:38:57 2012] [critical]:
RT::Authen::ExternalAuth::LDAP::_GetBoundLdapObj Can't bind:
LDAP_INVALID_CREDENTIALS 49

Thanks to jibsheet & Paul in the IRC channel for their help!

Hullo :)
Running RT4.0.5, curious if there's a way for a SuperUser to change
another user's options?
Specifically, we have a few queues, and some users use X queue, and others
use Y queue. I'd like to go in and set their "default" queue to the right
one for each user. Is there a way to do that?

These are the settings I've used in the past...
Set( $ExternalAuthPriority, ['My_LDAP']);
Set( $ExternalServiceUsesSSLorTLS, 0);
Set( $AutoCreateNonExternalUsers, 1);
Set( $ExternalInfoPriority, ['My_LDAP']);
Set( $ExternalSettings, {'My_LDAP'
