Hi, I am working with my Manager on testing your new 4.0.5 release. I wanted to ask about the Tickets Page. At the bottom there is the history of documentation of notes made on the ticket. I was wondering if there is a module available to provide a second tab called "Actions" this tab will only house information posted by a user. it will be added with a submit button and a link-line will be added to the history showing that someone added to the notes (actions taken to try and resolve issue). If this is not clear enough please contact me back to discuss further.
