[rt-users] How to add mandatory custom field to "quick ticket creation" area

Hi. We have created some mandatory custom fields which the users have to fill in, but now since we create these we are unable to make use of the quick ticket creation area. It will not allow us to create a quick ticket because the mandatory field is not available in this area to be completed.
