All,
I created a new custom field and unchecked the enable box to disable it and now
I can not see the custom field in the UI.
Also, I don't know if it is related to the above, but in the Ticket Search, I
can no longer add custom fields to the display criteria.
Any ideas?

I'm working on adding custom fields to Quick Create on the main page of RT.
I've been wading through code, but I'm having a hard time finding how RT saves
the values of Custom Fields to tickets.
Can anyone shed some light or point me in the right direction?

After creating a ticket and adding an attachment, I go to the ticket and the
filename is displayed in the attachment section, but there is no link created t
download the attachment.
Has anyone seen this issue?
