[rt-users] Trouble after upgrade

I have been running RT3.4, and just upgraded to RT3.6 using the instructions. However when looking at tickets, I am getting some errors. I did rm the mason/obj directory a few times. I am running debian, and upgraded all packages with apt-get upgrade, and then installed the rt3.6 update. Examples:
