I have a question about searching/query builder.
I am wanting to setup multiple queues for example queueA queueB queueC
and i want users userA1,userA2 to only have access to queueA
userB1, userB2 to queueB
userC1, userC2 to queueC
etc
I am wanting to know if userA1 create a query to search would
I am running RT 3.4.5 and was wondering if the rtReminderMails http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?rtReminderMails

I noticed that when you do a quick search from the
homepage of RT that it only searchs the open tickets.
Is there a way to include ALL tickets
opened/closed/resolved/etc ?

I am using exctract custom fields and when autoresponders are
sent out from the initial ticket submission
It has the
Greetings…
Blah blah
Then
This transaction appears to
have no content
Shouldn’t this include the
body of the ticket ?

Whenever I have mail attachments its breaking the
extractcustomfields. When I submit the same email without the attachments
it looks like the extractcustomfields is working fine.
Any suggestions ?
