Ok, problem is resolved.
It seems to be an issue with Net::LDAP 0.4001 (perl-ldap-0.4001.tar.gz). Patch
available in https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=56726.
rt-crontool runs now. :)
