CVE-2009-3560. A better fix was released later that didn't have this
problem.

Sounds like Mail::GnuPG 0.15 might fix this. Earlier versions had
significant problems in the interaction with the gpg process, including
deadlocks and unexpected SIGPIPEs.

/usr/share/request-tracker3.6/html/Ticket/Elements/ShowTransactionAttachments

/usr/local/share/request-tracker3.6/html/Ticket/Elements/ShowTransactionAttachments
and comment out the Text::Quoted c

which has a fixed version, or raise the logging priority ($LogToSyslog)
from 'debug' in RT_SiteConfig.pm.

Hi,
as I recall, you don't need the 'FastCgiServer' directive at all with
mod_fcgid. There's an example configuration file shipped in newer Debian
packages in unstable; see eg.
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-request-tracker/packages/request-tracker3.6/trunk/debi
ce this; the RTx-Shredder 0.07 tests pass for me with the
Debian request-tracker3.6 version 3.6.4-1 (on Debian sid, but I doubt
that matters.)
Maybe you have modified /etc/request-tracker3.6/initialdata and
introduced a typo there?
Cheers,

Hi,
my guess is that /usr/sbin/rt-setup-database is pointing to the
3.4 version, but you should be using the 3.6 one. Try explicitly
calling /usr/sbin/rt-setup-database-3.6 for the upgrade and see
if that works.
Hope this helps,

I think the available workarounds are either changing the ticket contents
or removing the Text::Quoted::extract() call in
html/Ticket/Elements/ShowTransactionAttachments

. have you set it to something else than
the default 'sendmailpipe'?
I think you might be hitting a Debian bug #384622 [1] in mod_perl2:
"localizing %ENV causes a segmentation fault". The code in 3.6.1
lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm uses 'local $ENV{MAILADDRESS}'.

Hi,
this is probably Debian bug #400655. Please check if the patch there,

Hi,
the Text::Tabs segfault is bug #39893 on rt.perl.org:

Hi,
this looks related to a bug in Locale::Maketext::Lexicon described
in http://bugs.debian.org/372124 . It might be worth trying the
patch there.
