[rt-users] Branded Queues and Privacy

I have recently set up a branded queue for my company's Payroll department. We are still using the RT system for IT Helpdesk purposes as well. Is there a way to completely block access to the Payroll queue from everyone who is not a member of the Payroll Group? Thanks - Peter Barton

I ended up doing just that. The account had been disabled and renamed and I re-enabled it and returned its rights to RT. I was just worried that when I automate the nightly LDAP updates from my domain it may cause problems with the account. -- Peter Barton IESI Corporation Network

[rt-users] Mandatory Subject - EMail

I have seen the RT-Extension-MandatorySubject plugin and this is great for opening tickets via the web interface. However, my company opens at least 90% of its tickets via email. Is there anything out that can enforce mandatory subjects on tickets opened via email? -- Peter Barton
