Good Morning,
We have a user that was just given administrator privelages to make some
queue changes, but he cannot make any changes (given error "Access
Denied"). Is there any tweak in the MySQL database so that I can
forcefully grant him access to RT?
We're running RT 3.6
been checked.

users can see their tickets just fine (even hers!). We've
given her godly access privileges to her particular queue. Whatever this
issue is, it's limited to her.
