I can confirm the custom field autocomplete bug that Jim Lesinski describes below. RT v4.0.4, Linux, Apache. Firefox browsers on both Windows and Linux. Slightly off topic: the custom field completion did not work at all (for either user) in Internet Explorer 8. Email completion works as
