Hello everyone, I have two versions of RT set up, one is 3.0, which is the old version and in current use. The other is the newer version, 4.0, which id like to start using. I would like to do an upgrade on the old server where RT 3 is before I can move the data to the new server. The upgrade process modifies the database so it’s compatible with the new version. Any help is greatly appreciated.
