Hi. I'm trying to generate a custom TimeWorked report. I've found http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/TimeWorkedReport with notice, that increment of TimeWorked should be skipped if created by RT_System user. However, in my RT (4.0.10) this transaction has been created by the user performing me
