Hi Paul, From memory on my CentOS machine I had to make sure that I had following: rpm -qa|grep graphviz graphviz-devel-2.20.2-1.el5 graphviz-perl-2.20.2-1.el5 graphviz-2.20.2-1.el5 I then configured RT with: --enable-graphviz Turns on support for RT's GraphViz dependency charts --

I've just done a fresh install of 3.8.1 and found the graphing functions didn't work. make testdeps of our old version, 3.6.6 indicated various GD packages were necessary but 3.8.1 does not do this. Manually installing the GD packages indicated by 3.6.6 fixed the graphs. Paul Goffin___
