Hi Matt,
But that makes the mobile UI unusable if it doesn't show dashboards and
RT at a glance, surely? or is a dashboard considered too much info for a
phone screen?

Hi all,
When i access my RT 4.4.0 from my phone, i get the a mobile layout, but
all it shows is a list of all my saved searches - there's no home menu,
dashboards, or admin menu (if root). I have to switch back to the normal
view to be able to do anything. Have i got a setting wrong somewhere
Well it isn't 'all deleted tickets' but it is all tickets. I wanted 'all
open tickets', which seems like would be much more popular than all
tickets. Thanks for the heads up I have made the changes I needed, and now
I'm all rolling.

In my case I want to change the filter on that list. I know that isn't a CSS
change. I just need to know if that is in the HTML in that path or DB or other
location?

Hi,
The mobile style is located in this location:
/opt/rt4/share/html/m
You can basically copy that directory, or just the files that you want to
change to this location:
/opt/rt4/local/html/m
For example, if you only copy the css file to the local location, then
you'll only replace that part
Hi,
I really like the mobile interface. I would just like to change one thing
though, and I'm not sure where to do it. I would like to have a link to see
all open tickets. I don't have much use for all tickets, and would just like
to modify the search behavior of that link.
Cheers

Hi all,
There is a login in /m/ but i only get redirected to the mobile IF after
loging in on the normal IF..
is this on purpose, or my RT is missconfigured somewhere?
Also, there is no mobile selfservice right? Would this be possible by adding
a branching logic to /m/index.html to use not _e
The attached patch makes the default action Respond instead of Comment,
which now agrees with the link text that says Reply. With Action
defaulting to undef, the template was assuming Comment.

On the ticket display of the mobile interface, at the top, there are
three links for Basics, History & Reply. I used the reply link without
looking closely and it actually made a comment instead of a reply. Can
this default action be changed easily? Also, since it does not default
to a reply

I rolled version 1.00 of the mobile interface out to our production RT
server over the weekend, and I already have some of our sysadmins
commenting on it.
Overall people are very pleased with it, and I've heard good comments on
both the iPhone and the Droid.

Hi,
We're on BlackBerry for mobiles here and wondered if there is a mobile
interface for creating tickets logging in etc? For example, something
like:

Thanks,
Gavin.
