I was looking into child tickets and came across this webpage: http://wiki.bestpractical.com/view/CreateChildTicket It seemed unclear on the wiki if this was the correct way to do this or not and if I needed to implement the first solution or the second or both. Additionally at the bottom it says that it doesn't work, so I am confused as to how to implement this. If anyone could shed some light on it for me, that would be fantastic.
