Hi, I have external authentication set to AD LDAP and it works fine. The problem now is when a end user sends an email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to, RT 3.8 gives an error saying that the user cant be loaded from ldap and rt doesnt have the right configuration to create the user in the databs
