I'm running the standalone http server as indicated here:

and got the following output in debug.log:

We are in the process of upgrading rt to 4.4.1
I'm having a problem with my local instance. I cannot go beyond the login
page. Note the following lines in the apache logs. The first two lines (in
blue) appear when it works ok
